Beth is a partner in the law firm of Ware & Goodman LLP, with special expertise in land use, zoning, and environmental law. She graduated from Rutgers University and earned a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. Prior to joining Ware & Goodman, she was the sole attorney in the Berkshire office of a Boston law firm. Before that, she worked for the Massachusetts Highway Department and as Deputy Chief Counsel and Acting Chief Counsel for the Third Harbor Tunnel/Central Artery project. She has taught Environmental Planning as a Visiting Lecturer at Williams College for several years. Beth has been a board member of the endowment fund for Mt. Greylock High School and also served on the school building committee, as well as on the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce. She has participated in various efforts in support of ABC.
