ABC Room Service functions each year during Williams Commencement weekend in early June, when there are many out-of-town guests visiting Williams College and there are not enough hotel/motel rooms available to accommodate everyone. ABC Room Service places the visitors with local families who have a spare guest room or rooms. The guest is charged a modest motel rate (currently $90 for a single, $110 for a double), all of which goes directly to Greylock A Better Chance. Since the Spring of 1983 the program has contributed $160,000 to the operating budget.

We are always looking for new host families to keep guests for one or two nights. All that is required is a clean and tidy guest room(s) with bath, clean sheets and towels, and a willing host; offering breakfast is optional.
